Returns and Exchange Policy

At Becelli Fashion Studio, we want you to absolutely love what you ordered!
Every piece is made with care, and we do our best to ensure you receive quality items that fit beautifully. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • It’s still in its original packaging and condition

  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we’ll process an exchange or store credit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings and accessories

  • Custom-made or altered pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

We kindly ask that you double-check your order before completing your purchase.

3. How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us First:
    Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert email/number] with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Item:
    Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Send It Back:
    Ship or drop it off at our studio (address below).

    • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

    • For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the shipping and replace the item at no extra cost.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Because our pieces are handmade and limited in quantity, we typically offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds.
Store credit can be used online or in-store and does not expire.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

6. In-Store Purchases

Items bought directly from our Lashibi Studio can be exchanged in-store within 3 days of purchase under the same conditions (unused and in original packaging).
