ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, select your favourite pieces, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Mobile Money (MoMo), Visa, Mastercard, and other secure online payment options shown at checkout.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
A: We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify it.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes we do, our gift cards can be purchased on from our website and can be used online or in our Lashibi Studio 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Do you deliver across Ghana?
A: Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns in Ghana. Delivery within Accra takes 1–3 working days, and outside Accra takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely  We ship worldwide through DHL Express, which provides fast and reliable delivery with full tracking.

Q: How long does international shipping take?
A: Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your country and customs process.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Local delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
We also offer free delivery within Ghana on orders above GHS 4000.
International shipping costs are calculated by DHL and shown at checkout.

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
A: Some countries charge import duties or taxes. These fees are set by your country’s customs office and are not included in our shipping cost. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Yes! You can request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Q: Are all items returnable?
A: Not all. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and accessories cannot be returned.
Also, custom-made and sale items are final sale.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds since our pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities.

Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: We’re proud to be size-inclusive! Our pieces are available in sizes 6 to 24, depending on the design.

Q: How do I find my size?
A: Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the best fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us  we’ll be happy to recommend a size based on your measurements.

Q: Are all items made in Ghana?
A: Yes ❤️ All our pieces are proudly designed, cut, and sewn in Ghana by our talented in-house team.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: From time to time, yes! For special requests or made-to-measure pieces, send us a message and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your order.

Q: Where is Becelli located?
A: We’re based in Lashibi, Accra, Ghana. Visit our studio or shop online from anywhere in the world.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Yes , our Lashibi Studio is open for shopping, fittings, and pickups. (Exact opening hours are shared on our Instagram page.)
